Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deskside Support IT Technician located in Auburn Hills, MI. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, managing information technology resources, delivering high-quality customer service, and conducting training sessions.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Information Technology
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to provide training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ServiceNow or Similar Ticketing Experience
- Troubleshooting non-COTS Software
