We are looking for a Part Time Custodian.
Responsibilities:
Lawn care and maintenance including trimming plants and bushes as needed. Weed control, spring and fall weed and feed, spraying for insects, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, maintaining landscaping. Winter exterior care as when the snow starts flying again.
Internal custodial work includes deep cleaning of the building as needed, light maintenance (change filters, etc.).
Requirements:
- Prior experience being self directed to accomplish the tasks at hand
- Flexibility of tasks due to weather / needs that change
- Basic knowledge of the usage of light equipment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
