Allied Emergency Veterinary Service is looking for a Practice Manager for our established 24 hour hospital in Eau Claire, WI.

Job Summary:
The Practice Manager is critical to the success of the hospital. A key focus is clear communication, which will result in improved client service and employee engagement. Additional focuses include creating operational efficiencies and problem-solving to improve client service.
The Practice Manager will be involved with the normal activities of the hospital including hiring and training hospital staff, maintaining client relations, and monitoring inventory.

Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills or aspirations to become a leader
- Prior management experience preferred but not required
- Confident in decision-making
- Capable of leading, managing, and coaching staff
- Experience with staff management, including hiring and training
- Demonstrated ability to show empathy toward clients and treat animals with respect and compassion.
- Clear communication skills;
- A commitment to outstanding client service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
