A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

All of our Customer Service / Sales Representatives play a vital role in the success of our company. Our team is made up of Area Marketing Representatives, Community Representatives, and Building Analysts. Each position positively represents our company in all customer and community interactions and handles documentation, scheduling, and achieving sales goals. Read the descriptions below to find which position is right for you!

• As an Area Marketing Representative, you help potential customers take the first step in the sales process. You introduce homeowners and communities to our company and the products and services we offer. Over the phone, via email, or in-person your friendly personality shines through.

• As a Community Representative, you are the follow-up expert. Reaching out to leads provided by Area Marketing Representatives, you schedule appointments to meet with them in their homes. When you meet with them, you perform a basic technical evaluation of their home and use your extensive product knowledge to provide them with more detailed information.

• As a Building Analyst, you help our customers through the final stage of the sales process. Acting as a home performance expert, you help customers make decisions and select the best options for their homes. You find great satisfaction in closing sales and improving our customers' home performance.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and cell phones
• Basic knowledge of construction concepts or building science and energy efficiency fundamentals

WORK SCHEDULE

Our Area Marketing Representatives, Community Representatives, and Building Analysts work Monday-Friday within the hours of 9am-8pm. Occasional weekend shifts are required on Saturdays, 9am-4pm.
