Allied Experts in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking to hire a full-time Scheduling Assistant to handle customer inquiries for service and maintenance appointments with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHEDULING ASSISTANT

As our Scheduling Assistant, you assist in the day-to-day operation of our call center. You provide fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers. Most of your time is spent on the phone answering incoming calls related to service, sales, billing, and other departments. The majority of your calls are from customers looking to schedule service and maintenance appointments. You quickly and efficiently schedule those appointments.

Your active listening skills and ability to lend an empathetic ear allow you to build strong relationships with our customers. You are an effective closer who helps ensure that we have a steady flow of business. With great attention to detail, you record and process customer payments over the phone. You enjoy providing excellent customer service while achieving sales goals that ensure our customers' home comfort systems continue to run properly.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a sales and customer service position
  • Excellent computer skills
