What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales/Warehouse Associate position at Allied Floor Covering?
We are currently accepting applications for a sales/warehouse position.
This position involves working with customers and sales of all aspects of floor covering and countertops. Tasks in the warehouse include receiving of incoming materials, assembling pallets of out going materials, maintaining inventory, maintaining an orderly warehouse, insuring a safe work environment, ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines. Able to lift 50 lbs. General maintenance of the building, cleaning, emptying trash, weedwacking, shoveling/snowblowing, vacuuming, etc. This position involves multiple tasks and duties so please be prepared to be flexible-we need a team player who is detail oriented. Work hours are Monday-Friday 7:15am-5pm. Valid drivers license is mandatory. We do background checks and drug testing. Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred.
