Overview of Role:
The Account Manager for the Allied Brand Experience and Events will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of high-impact events and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail. The Account Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver seamless brand experiences that meet or exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of events and brand experiences from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and digital, to align project goals and deliverables.
- Strategy Development: Work with clients to understand their objectives and develop strategic plans that achieve marketing and event goals.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and optimization of financial performance.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all projects, ensuring brand integrity and exceptional customer experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile and present post-event reports and analytics to clients, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Capabilities/Requirements:
- Agency Experience: The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years experience in an experiential or event agency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence clients and teams.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively and efficiently.
- Client-Focused: Strong client service orientation with a commitment to going above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all client deliverables.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software, and comfort with digital marketing and event technologies.

Location:
- This position is remote, with an expectation to work from an Allied Global Marketing (NYC/LA) office if/when needed. This position requires on-site hours and travel for site visits and event production. #LI-Remote

Details:
- Salary: The annual salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$85,000.
- Benefits: This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.
