Responsibilities:
- Compile contact details for promotional pitch lists and conduct initial outreach (cold emailing).
- Assemble partnership case studies for competitive recaps and client briefings.
- Update and maintain client and partner-facing materials, e.g., client status reports & pitch presentations.
- Document Allied-secured partnerships for internal company archives.
- Research potential partners and industry trends to identify suitable brands for prospective campaigns.
- Participate in creative team brainstorms for upcoming projects.
- Other daily administrative tasks (data entry, etc.) as needed.
Applicants Must:
- Be at least 18 years of age upon internship start date.
- Be a currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program.
- Be able to work between 24-28 hours per week during operating hours Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm PT.
- Live in the US and do not require sponsorship.
This position will be remote with an expectation to work Pacific Time hours for the foreseeable future.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Knowledge of video game and/or esports industry preferred.
- Must have knowledge of file set-up, maintenance, filing procedures, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.

- Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person, via email and on the telephone.
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime, when necessary.
