The Allied Global Marketing National Publicity Internship Program is designed to introduce aspiring professionals to careers in the public relations industry while honing skills necessary to succeed in entry-level positions and beyond.
This is a remote position that requires working East Coast hours . Ideal candidate resides in NYC.
REQUIREMENTS
Internship candidates must be able to work effectively with a close-knit agency on public relations efforts for a diverse range of clients in hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, and lifestyle sectors . The candidate must have good organizational skills and the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments, and deadlines. This person must have strong verbal and written communications skills with a demonstrated passion for pursuing a career in public relations or a related field.
- Must be a current student attending college / university .
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon start date.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROGRAM BENCHMARKS :
PROGRAM TIMELINE :
The duration of the internship is a minimum of three months and a maximum of six months . We are looking for interns available about 20 hours per week , preferably 2 full days. While this internship is remote, there will be the option to come into the NYC office ever so often.
COMPENSATION :
This is an unpaid internship requiring to receive course / college credit upon successful completion of the internship.
