Opportunity
Allied Sports is recruiting a motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic person to join our fast-paced team to assist with the ideation, execution, and day-to-day management of C-Suite customer hosting programs for a technology client, in the golf & NFL space. This person will report to the Director and will be responsible for supporting event planning and execution of exclusive and memorable customer hosting experiences, and agency business initiatives.
Responsibilities
The position of Senior Account Executive is client and C-Suite executive facing. The role’s primary objective is to support Cisco in building bespoke customer hosting experiences while keeping all event and program deliverables on track, ensuring a successful customer hosting program through deliverable creation, asset management, vendor and hotel management, tier-1 hospitality and hosting, customer registration and communications, project management and onsite event execution.

- Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day and onsite management of a client and their respective sports and entertainment customer hosting portfolio.
- Effective in ideation, creation, development, and execution of customer hosting programs. This will include, but is not limited to: preparing presentations, event materials, communications, and event briefings, recaps/reporting to be distributed to a C-Suite level audience, the client, agencies, vendors and/or other counterparts.
- Work with various stakeholders; including client, agency partners and vendors to bring these customer hosting programs to life. This will include but is not limited to: research, hotel management, transportation management, curated gifting experiences, customized registration and communications, signage, design of hospitality suites, event logistics and operations, tracking and status documents, client and vendor calls, agendas/notes etc.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate necessary deliverables on behalf of client.
- Support finance and billing processes including budgets and vendor payments.
- Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day and onsite management of a client and their respective sports and entertainment customer hosting portfolio.
Qualifications
- Experience in related field (client-based events / executive hosting experience preferred; specific disciplines could include C-Suite communications, hotel management, event registration, audience acquisition, customer hosting, event marketing, event planning, experiential marketing)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively project manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines, work effectively under pressure while working as both part of a team as well as independently
- Ability to handle precise asset management records, allocation, tracking and reconciliation
- Ability to think strategically and creatively; can problem solve independently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with on-site event management, event execution and vendor management
- Desire and confidence to present materials to clients and C-Suite executives
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time; occasional weekend work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Able to work weekend, holiday and non-traditional hours, as required
- “All in this together, and get your hands dirty” type of demeanor required
Considerations
- Base salary range in New York, NY: $70K–80K annually
- This represents the salary range that Allied Sports, in good faith, might be willing to pay for this job at the time of this posting. Actual base salary depends on several factors, including market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), and level of responsibility. Allied Sports expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Allied Sports would consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range only in truly exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position.
- Hybrid schedule: Office in New York, NY with 3 days in-office (Tues-Thurs) and 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) weekly.
- Open to a fully remote schedule for potential candidates outside the NYC area who have substantial experience, skills, and work ethic.
