Job Description Job Description Position SummaryBilingual-English & Spanish preferred not requiredAbility to communicate well with customers, along with all members of the teamMust be polite, friendly and tactful manner, when handling complaints or inquiries or solving problems solving problems.Abilities RequiredPerform order verification / invoicing on a daily basisGenerate bill of ladings for outbound shipments dailyField customer calls for Material test reports and Pro numbers dailyResponsible for file maintenance of all internal documents pertaining to customer ordersProcess RGA paperwork in a timely fashionAssist in the routing of all LTL and Truckload shipments dailyCommunicate with corporate office on all standardized shipping policiesRelay AR information to Corporate for tracking of inbound stockAnswer all direct telephone calls accordingly, will be point of contact for all shipments & related inquiries from customers & sales staff.Receive and invoice shipments.Distribute incoming sales faxesExpedite machine orders and buyouts to insure timely delivery to customersResearch problems or issues that arise and be a liaison between sales and after salesAssist with branch transfersAccurate typing and computer skills are required to successfully be a sales assistant along with good phone skills, email etiquette, customer service skills & attention to detail.)Education and / or ExperienceMinimum Experience and Education 1 year and High School Diploma / GEDCompany Description We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), disability, and paid time off.
