We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/LVN for our facility partners in Georgia. The LPN will provide essential support in delivering quality care to oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy and other treatments. This is a contract position with a focus on oncology care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities: provides direct patient care in accordance with Hospital's policies and procedures. LPNs assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Facility Location: Alpharetta, Georgia 30005
- Local Restrictions: No local candidates within 50 miles
- Specialty/Dept: Hospital-Based Setting - Cancer Care
- Schedule: 830a-5pm Mon-Fri
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in nursing, with a preference for oncology or infusion experience.
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
- Current LPN license in Georgia.
- Must have BLS (AHA only)
- Proficiency in venipuncture, phlebotomy, and other clinical tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work well with patients, staff, and physicians
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
