Allied Hearing is looking for a full-time Audiology Technician for our thriving practice in Mount Pleasant, MI who wants to be part of a compassionate team striving to serve our community.

As an Audiology Technician at Allied Hearing, you will support the Audiologists in maintaining a high level of individualized hearing care for our patients. In performing your duties – under the direction and supervision of our Audiologists – you will support increased efficiency across the practice and enhance patient satisfaction. You will perform tasks relating to clinical support as well as front office support.

Our Clinics:
- State of the art locations in Alma, Midland, and Mount Pleasant, MI
- 2 Audiologists, 2 Hearing Instrument Specialists, and 4 support staff
- Services include hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, aural rehabilitation, earwax management, tinnitus treatment, custom hearing protection, and more
Qualifications:
· Minimum education completed: high school diploma
· Experience as a medical assistant or in a health-related field is preferred
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of duties
· The ability to work and contribute to a team environment
· The ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
· Strong compassion, care, and respect for clients and teammates
· A strong desire to succeed and learn
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
· Frequently requires sitting, using hands, bending, reaching and twisting
· Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds with or without assistance
· Standing and walking throughout the day
· The work environment is generally quiet, with moderate noise from phones and other office machines
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $18.00 and up, commensurate with experience
- Potential for results-based compensation plan after 90 days of employment
