Duties
- Perform thorough and detailed inspections of residential properties, including but not limited to homes, condos, and apartments. ● Evaluate and report on the condition of various components, systems, and structures within properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. ● Communicate inspection findings to clients in a clear and professional manner. ● Assist clients in understanding the implications of inspection results and potential repair or maintenance needs. ● Maintain accurate records of inspections, including written reports and photographic documentation. ● Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners. ● Participate in Marketing and Team Building efforts to support your individual growth as well and the company’s
Qualifications

Hourly Rate Offered
●Level Rate Range Inspection Count Required Description Novice Inspector $20-$25 <250 inspections performed solo No experience, just licensed and ready to begin performing inspections
● Intermediate Inspector $22-$27 250-1000 inspections performed solo Is proficient at performing home inspections, learning to perform ancillary services (mold inspections, water testing, radon testing, termite testing, etc..
●Advanced Inspector $24-$29 1000-1500 inspections performed solo Fully proficient in all aspects of the home inspections and ancillary inspection services and achieved previous accomplishments
●Certified Master Inspector $28-$33 1000 inspections performed solo Obtained Certified Master Inspector designation, able to teach novice inspectors efficiently and achieved previous accomplishments
●Lead Inspector $65,000 bonuses 1000 inspections performed solo Has achieved all previous accomplishments and shows potential and desire to grow into leadership role within the company - manages other inspectors and performs 4-6 inspections per week only
Inspectors will be responsible for Providing:
● Great attitude, presentation, and energy ● Exceptional customer service, including verbal and written communication skills ● Ability to lift /carry 50 lbs. and maneuver in a variety of small spaces and conditions (must be willing and able to walk on roofs and enter crawlspaces). ● Physical requirements - climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics, as well as stand for long periods of time ● Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance ● Required to authorize background and driving checks ● Maintain CE ● Maintain GL Insurance ● Basic Home Inspection tools (Including but not limited to: Probing tool (gold club etc.) Voltage tester, AFCI/GFCI Circuit Tester, Two-Prong Outlet Tester, 11-in-1 Screwdriver, Dual Probe Digital Thermometer, Non-Invasive Moisture Meter, Pocket Knife, Small Infrared Camera, Carbon Monoxide Detector, LED Flashlight, Gas Leak Detection Solution, Binoculars, Tool Pouch, Ladder, Drop Cloth, Protective Gear (Crawl Space Suits), Shoe Covers, Gloves
