Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. We are a Software-As-A-Service company. We prioritize customer satisfaction and require a candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills as you will be assisting customers in the use of our proprietary software via phone and email. This is a remote work from home position but you must reside in the greater Reno, Nevada area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in a clear and organized manner.
- Assist customer in navigating company websites, application, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of SQL to assist with data retrieval and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel to create reports, update customer information, and records.
- Familiarity with web browsers and Internet navigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional and clear interactions with customers and peers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer issues effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Working Hours
- Hours of operation, e.g., Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, some overtime may be required as well as shift adjustments to help cover vacations.
Compensation
- TBD based on skill set and experience. We offer: paid vacation, 401k, health and dental insurance.
