Allied Instructional Services is a Virginia-based company that is led by therapists and educators. We offer a unique partnership with school divisions to provide effective and evidence-based speech and language therapy services to the students we serve.
AIS has many exciting new school-based placement options for Speech-Language Pathologists including a new part-time option near Jackson, NC. Can be fully remote, onsite, or hybrid.

- We provide excellent compensation and a highly competitive rate. In addition to an excellent infield rate, you are compensated for travel time to and from your placement. We offer the same rate for your full school day-no separate rate for direct and indirect work. All of your expertise matters!
- Therapists are individually matched and paired based upon their unique skill sets and the speech and language needs of the divisions they serve.
- Our SLPs have access to support from a Services Coordinator who can help guide you through district policies/procedures and support your success.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association
- Current licensure in the state in which you live and the state where you will be providing speech and language therapy (if remote)
- Must be clinically driven, dependable, and self-motivated
