General Account Coordination Functions:
- Illustrating a strong understanding of customer’s needs and objectives and liaising closely with them.
- Receive and process new business from customers into the system accurately.
- Manage multiple accounts at any given time ensuring quality customer service.
- Effectively communicate with customers and other interdepartmental teams via email and phone.
- Resolve customer issues via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer customer questions regarding accounts and services.
- Make updates and changes to job information/order as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the outside sales team and production.
- Submitting subcontractor invoicing.
- Support the Install Supervisor with the day-to-day tasks of overseeing the Account Coordinators.
- Communicate issues and concerns in an effective manner to ensure a timely resolution.
- Work closely with the Account Coordinators to ensure accuracy and efficiency with processing jobs and collecting documentation.
- Manage daily workflow within the department and maintain open communication with sales, production, and installation.
- Work closely with Management to streamline procedures and update best practices across departments.
- To support the Sales and Production departments to promote business growth projections for the current year.

Required Education and Experience:

- Additional years of administrative experience beyond the minimum requirement.
- Experience specifically in account coordination or supervisory roles (optional but advantageous).
