ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead, conduct and manage routine maintenance on industrial machinery and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, identifying cost-effective solutions and optimizing resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services and spare parts procurement.
- Identify and diagnose issues with industrial machinery and facilities, performing repairs and preventive maintenance as needed.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance programs to optimize machinery performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production staff and management to coordinate industrial maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of industrial maintenance and facilities maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
- Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of industrial preventive maintenance and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Knowledge of CNC panel saws and industrial point to point machines, hot melt equipment, Edge Banding equipment, Double End Tenoners, and Hinge Bore equipment.
- Skills:
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities related to industrial machinery and facilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills specific to industrial maintenance and facilities maintenance tasks.
- Abilities:
- Ability to work with machinery and equipment for extended periods.
- Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Dexterity and precision for executing maintenance tasks.
- Able to work in high places.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance or a related role.
- Familiarity with the maintenance of industrial machinery and facilities in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma principles.
- Knowledge of air and fluid concepts.
- Operational concepts of contactors, power supplies, relays, inverters, drives, etc.
- Familiar with the use of voltage meters (Voltage, Ohms, Amps, Continuity, etc.)
