Allied Kitchen, Bath & Home is in search of a dynamic Designer's Assistant to join our Kitchen and Bath Design Team. We need someone with exceptional communication, organizational prowess, and an eagle eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our Design and Sales Team, ensuring seamless project execution.
- What You Bring :
- Previous experience in the Design Industry is a must.
- Must be a US Citizen or possess current Work Authorization for the USA.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Buildertrend, Autocad, is advantageous.
- Enrollment in or graduate of an Interior Design program is a bonus.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Job Highlights :
- Provide comprehensive support to the Design & Sales Team across all project-related activities.
- Obtain estimates and manage the ordering and tracking of client-selected items.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements by reviewing product literature, manuals, and manufacturer bulletins.
- Background Check and Drug Screen required.
