Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team and oversee the fabrication, metal finishing, wood finishing, pre-production, and assembly processes.

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of artisans and production staff, ensuring that all production tasks are completed on time and to specification.
- QC and Quality Control: Identify and resolve any QC issues that arise during the production process, maintaining high standards throughout.
- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring a smooth workflow from pre-production to final assembly and shipping.
- Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team to ensure custom orders meet client specifications and that all technical details are communicated clearly.
- Materials Procurement: Evaluate materials procurement and inventory to ensure the timely availability of necessary components for production.
- Quality Control Processes: Implement and monitor quality control processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency across all products.
- Senior Management Collaboration: Work closely with the senior management team to ensure that production KPI targets and company objectives are met.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on production performance, highlighting issues and proposing solutions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production management, with a focus on fabrication, assembly, metal finishing, wood finishing, and quality control.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a skilled team of artisans and production staff.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with production management software (ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus).
- A passion for craftsmanship and a deep understanding of the artisan manufacturing process.
