Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments, invoices, and account adjustments accurately.
- Review and audit billing data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to billing and account issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Order Entry, and Product Management, to ensure seamless service.
- Experience in billing, accounting, or financial data entry.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
