Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-construction efforts, including budgeting, cost planning, and value engineering.
- Prepare estimates for design-build and ground-up commercial projects.
- Interface with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
- Develop subcontractor lists and manage relationships with key vendors.
- 2 years experience estimating commercial construction projects valued at $2M .
- Background in design-build projects and experience working closely with architects and engineers.
- Responsibilities to take the lead in pre-construction discussions and strategy sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be comfortable in a client-facing role.
