- Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience; network experience is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting and managing Windows operating systems.
- A proactive attitude toward learning and mastering new technologies to stay current in a rapidly evolving field.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other enterprise-level software solutions.
- Bonus points for certifications like CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), along with experience in Microsoft Azure, Intune, RIMAS, Egnyte, and IP Camera/NVR systems.
- Offer expert technical assistance for hardware, software, and network problems, ensuring smooth operations for users.
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, or in-person, while accurately logging all issues in the internal ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, kiosks, and mobile phones.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access control across the organization.
- Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring system stability and performance.
