Job Summary:
Responsible for the Company's Accounting and reporting. This includes establishing and monitoring internal controls. Must be able to facilitate and review forecasts and financial reporting across numerous sites. Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing cost accounting and inventory control policies and procedures.
- Monitor and generate monthly forecasts through financial analysis.
- Help ensure internal controls by safeguarding of Company's assets.
- Complete period end close accurately, completely and within the required timeline.
- Responsible for balance sheet account reconciliations, as required.
- Perform trend and other reviews of results to identify and explain period to period variances.
- Establishes and coordinates cost accounting functions.
- General understanding of processing intercompany transactions and reconciliation.
- Responsible for all transactions processed and management of the local financial system.
- Support production and supply chain management to ensure the pricing of materials.
- Ensure defined internal controls are followed on a consistent basis for compliance.
- Drive process improvement.
- Achieve margin objectives, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
- Respond to leaders of Finance as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate the company financial needs.
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- 4 Year degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- CPA certification a plus.
- 5-10 years experience preferred
- Progressively worked in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership experience.
- ERP system experience required.
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills required
- The Controller will work in an administration/office/manufacturing/plant environment.
