- 20 years of experience in IT operations, supporting environments with 700 users.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange troubleshooting, and Windows Server management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and SCCM.
- Experience with SAML authentication, Group Policy, and AutoPilot for device management.
- Background in financial services or fintech preferred.
- Responsibilities to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies in dynamic environments.
- Design, configure, and support the full Microsoft 365 Suite, including Entra ID, hybrid Exchange, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, and related technologies.
- Manage infrastructure related to Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, phone systems, and badge entry systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Lead initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, Disaster Recovery, and communication services, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity.
- Provide technical support for existing infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and offering project support as needed.
- Develop and enforce guidelines, standards, and security protocols while maintaining excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
