  • Sales and Leasing:

    • Performing all sales and leasing activities, including marketing the property and available units.
    • Conducting property tours and providing information to prospective tenants.
    • Assisting with the lease signing process, including application completion and lease execution.
    • Ensuring the property and show units meet company standards.
  • Resident Relations:

    • Warmly greeting visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.
    • Maintaining positive resident relations and addressing any concerns or issues.
    • Ensuring the move-in and move-out processes are smooth and efficient.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Recording all telephone and in-person traffic.
    • Ensuring the application and lease are completed accurately and thoroughly.
    • Ensuring the renewal process is completed.
    • Assisting with the move-out process.
  • Other Duties:

    • May be required to assist with other duties as assigned by the property manager or supervisor.
    • Assume Property Manager's duties/authority in absence of immediate supervisor in accordance with company and property guidelines.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent:

  • Leasing Certification:
