Sales and Leasing:
- Performing all sales and leasing activities, including marketing the property and available units.
- Conducting property tours and providing information to prospective tenants.
- Assisting with the lease signing process, including application completion and lease execution.
- Ensuring the property and show units meet company standards.

Resident Relations:
- Warmly greeting visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.
- Maintaining positive resident relations and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Ensuring the move-in and move-out processes are smooth and efficient.

Administrative Tasks:
- Recording all telephone and in-person traffic.
- Ensuring the application and lease are completed accurately and thoroughly.
- Ensuring the renewal process is completed.
- Assisting with the move-out process.

Other Duties:
- May be required to assist with other duties as assigned by the property manager or supervisor.
- Assume Property Manager's duties/authority in absence of immediate supervisor in accordance with company and property guidelines.
