Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and provide top-notch executive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when necessary.

Communication & Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and communications.

Project Management:

Assist in tracking and managing key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Conduct research and compile data for reports or decision-making purposes.

Monitor action items and follow up with team members as needed.

Oversee logistics for events, conferences, and team gatherings.

Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling software or project management tools.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well with others in a cooperative team environment.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with manufacturing environment is a plus.

Experience in event planning and travel coordination.

A proactive attitude with a solutions-oriented approach.
