Contractor Safety Manager
Allied Painting, Inc. is an industrial painting contractor specializing in cleaning and painting large scale structures such as bridges, water tanks, and industrial plants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce compliance with regulations, reviewing health and safety State, Federal and OSHA guidelines and regulations.
- Provide safety and health, accident prevention and investigation training for managers, supervisors, and crew.
- Oversee and enforce jobsite safety policies and protocols.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings.
- Prepare daily inspections and reports.
- Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify correction action, and implement follow up assessments.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of qualified project safety experience on large infrastructure projects.
- Experience with OSHA and Environmental compliance and regulation.
- Risk assessment/management.
- Ability to work independently.
