The Supervisor, in partnership with the club General Manager, will help ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments, enabling the club to provide the highest level of customer service.
This high-visibility leadership position requires the capacity to create a culture that engages residents through ongoing residential outreach as well as a culture of staff accountability for all aspects of performance and service, thus ensuring an extraordinary service experience for each resident.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the highest level of staff accountability.
- Facility staffing schedules.
- Staff training and education.
- Resident relations; daily resident engagement.
- Resident inquiries, complaints, suggestions and the coordination of resolutions to any issues involving the amenities.
- Assist with managing of inventory control.
- Facility supplies purchase coordination and logistics.
- Vendor communication liaison.
- Billing.
- Assist with oversight of operations, which can include pool, wet area, and amenities.
- Promoting and marketing our services.
Requirements:
- Luxury hospitality experience.
- Mid-level management experience in fitness, hospitality or wellness.
- Attend and pass internal lifeguard certification.
- Perform lifeguard services as required.
- Experience in leadership in staff development.
- Outgoing and self-directed.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness and living a healthy lifestyle.
