Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant opening! This temporary assignment is expected to last about 3 months. Hours are 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri. Pay is $18.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings in Google calendar
- Connect with area businesses and establish contracts
- Process invoices
- Generate and edit forms
- Answer and return phone calls promptly
Candidates for this role must have experience as an admin in a fast paced environment. Professional verbal/written communication skills and proficiency in the Google Workspace is required. Past experience using Banner software is a plus.
