Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Assistant Product Manager opening! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours, 8a-5p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $25.00-30.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage product needs between sales, design, and overseas manufacturing:
- follow up on and maintain seasonal time and action calendars for each account/product line
- assist in ordering, tracking, and communication follow up regarding product components
- follow up w/ product development team on product status
- track status and approvals as well as lead times, surcharges, and expenses
- assist in creating bulk production POs and match them to the system
- utilize reporting system
- track and log factory liabilities, expenses, and invoices
- complete work orders for warehouse inventory transfers
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience. Strong computer and communication skills are also needed. Good time management skills and a sense of urgency are critical skills. Experience in the apparel or textile industry is strongly preferred.
