Responsibilities:
- respond to employee questions in a case management system - questions focus primarily on benefits and come via phone and email
Candidates for this opening must have strong computer skills and be able to work quickly between a variety of systems. Math skills, MS Office knowledge, and good writing skills are also important. Call center and/or HR experience is needed.
