Lead role is responsible for organization of shop, align manufacturing priorities based on production schedule, lead a team of 9 employees.
DESCRIPTION :
- Ensure a safe working environment based on company policy and Osha regulations.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes are in line with working procedures and all steps are met.
- Keep production in line with shop schedule and Foreman expectations.
- Supervise and manage a team of 9 employees to ensure safe operations in Grinding, weld prep, and welding.
- Act as night shift point of contact for all manufacturing related issues.
