This Quality Engineer role involves developing quality policies and procedures, conducting quality audits, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Engineer collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

KEY FUNCTIONS :
Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory / legal requirements.Oversee the Company’s quality management, assisting management with the establishment and implementation of the Quality Policy, procedures, continual improvement program.Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.Keep up on standards, regulations / laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.Create, develop, standardize and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.Schedule and prepare for annual ISO audits and correct any findings generated by the audits.Actively contribute to the strategic planning of the business based on industry standards and regulations, customer requirements and feedback, risk management, cost of quality, process metrics, and other key performance indicator.Communicate effectively with various departments (engineering, production, sales) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the entire service lifecycle.Substantiate regular tracking & calibration of IGT gauges, standards, & test equipment.Deliver Quality training to employees related to their responsibilities in supporting the Quality System and business objectives.All other duties as assigned by your manager.This job description is a summary of the primary job scope and should not be assumed as an all-inclusive descriptionWORK QUALIFICATIONS :
Required :
7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance related field experience (Power Industry, Gas Turbines)Process knowledge in Power Industry; detailed knowledge & proficiency in Quality Systems, ISO requirements understanding; Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive ActionAbility to work effectively with minimum supervisionAbility to effectively perform & contribute to a team environmentAbility to effectively work with & manage various prioritiesAbility to identify, analyze, & solve Quality efforts with applied solutions; Deliver technical guidance on Quality topicsMust have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skillsEDUCATION : Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required
