Travel Physical Therapist - $2,948 per week

Certification Details BLS / BCLS Job Details Immediate Need for a License Physical Therapist for our Acute Care Inpatient Department Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment Must have Inpatient Experience Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment Job Requirements Must have a PT License 2 years experience in current specialty required Must have completed at least one 13-week travel assignment Must include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist / competency assessment Schedule Information 8 hour Day Shifts Shift start time 0730, 0930 Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs Must cover one weekend shift per month Weekends ARE required Floating is required RMC, PH ED, PKH ED if needed Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location Unit Specific Information Acute Care Inpatient Department Additional Details NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS and DOB IS ENTERED Cancellations / Fees : Please review page 13 of their contract regarding fees your agency could receive (for travelers cancelling without proper notice)
