Allied Print & Media is looking for an experienced CSR/Project Manager to join our team!
We are a graphic communications company that provides creative, digital, print, direct mail, large format, branded products and distribution services to a diverse client base. Our focus is creating the best solution for clients and having the agility get it done, from simple one-off projects to complex programs.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with suppliers, internal team members and clients to ensure projects are sourced and completed in a way that ensures quality deliverables, schedules being met and staying within budget.
- Manage all aspects of job production and maintain current status of projects at all times.
- Provide superior customer service.
Qualifications:
- 4 years in a print production environment.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Successful print and branded products purchasing experience in a manufacturing, client, or agency environment.
- Experience negotiating job costs and schedules with vendors.
- Proven organizational and project management skills.
- The ability to identify and solve problems independently and proactively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Sense of humor is essential.
