We have a robust sheetfed, web, digital press capabilities, the largest bindery/finishing area in New England, mailing, fulfillment, kitting, Print-on-Demand and variable data capabilities. Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Clerk will be responsible for offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, locating finished products, and packaging orders for shipment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving, storing, and disturbing raw materials and finished products from storage.
- Checks incoming shipments from vendor or customer to verify receipt of quantity and contents. (Report discrepancies to Supervisor).
- Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand.
- Stores or deliveries materials to proper location.
- Maintains necessary inventory controls, clerical records, and information needed to verify shipments; scan into system
- Receives and processes warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Manage, organize and distribute stock in the warehouse.
- Unloads trucks and checking in merchandise.
- Breakdown boxes and pallets as necessary to fit shelving.
- Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed as well as some Saturdays and Sundays
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Forklift and Reach truck certification preferred.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Good record keeping and arithmetic skills are required.
- Some prior knowledge of shipping/receiving preferred.
- Computer background helpful but not necessary.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant skills: Teamwork, high energy level, productivity, quality focus, self-motivated, organized, efficient time management, attendance and attention to detail.
- Leadership background encouraged to apply.
Education and Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience.
Physical Requirements: Standing-40%, Walking-40%, Sitting-20%, Lifting 5-50 lbs.

Shift Available & Schedule: 1st shift: 8:00am-4:00pm
