PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURER is seeking an in-house sharp, self-starting senior supervising attorney with a minimum of 5-8 years experience to join the in-house legal team in its Plano, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience doing primarily or exclusively coverage work for an insurer or law firm and experience managing junior coverage attorneys with minimal outside supervision. Job duties include investigating coverage, generating coverage memos and letters, and reviewing and supervising the work of other coverage attorneys.
Pluses include experience in excess of the minimum, litigation or medical malpractice experience, and the ability to speak Chinese, Korean or Spanish.
