Allied Professionals Insurance Group (APIG) is seeking a Customer Service and data Entry Specialist with excellent communication skills.
Customer service is our number one priority, and we only accept exceeding our client's expectations. Our ideal candidate has excellent technical skills working with Microsoft 365 suite and able to type fast & accurately. The candidate must also be able to work in a cohesive, team-oriented environment.
You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. Being extremely detail-oriented is a must.
What your day will look like:
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email
- Accurate data entry and documentation using MS Office and CRM systems
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking
- Support agency growth by serving existing clients and attracting prospects
Qualifications:
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, team player mentality, and with familiarity in agency management systems
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Excellent multitasking skills, highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Office 365 and a typing speed of 55 WPM
- Preferred: current Property & Casualty Insurance License, previous insurance, banking, or sales experience
Compensation and Benefits:
