Conveniently located on the edge of Toronto’s financial core, 19 Duncan is Allied’s newest mixed-used development, featuring Toronto House, a high-end rental residential community with 464 units, along with 149,230 square feet of office space and 3,570 square feet of retail.
At Allied, everything starts with purpose. In the role of Manager, Leasing , you will drive the successful lease-up and positioning of the property as a sought-after high-end rental destination. The Leasing Manager, reporting to the General Manager, will lead a team of leasing representatives to execute leasing strategies, drive occupancy, manage marketing efforts and enhance resident experience.

What will you do?
- Lead Toronto House’s leasing function in terms of strategy, objectives and staffing.
- Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies, including promotions, rental rates and other initiatives, to drive revenue and achieve successful lease-up.
- Monitor key metrics, such as occupancy rates and lease velocity, working towards established targets.
- Contribute to the creation and management of the leasing and marketing budget.
- Conduct regular market studies to monitor competitive offerings.
- Build partnerships with local businesses to enhance the resident experience and increase foot traffic to the property.
- Respond to all leasing inquiries, schedule property tours and track activity in Yardi.
- Conduct leasing tours, showcasing available suites and property amenities, adhering to Allied’s standards.
- Stay informed about the surrounding neighborhoods and competing properties to better position Toronto House in the market.
- Screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet qualifications, including conducting background and credit checks.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company standards and government regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for lease processing, including applications, tenancy agreements and other supporting forms.
- Collaborate with the property management team to coordinate resident onboarding activities, ensuring timely suite deliveries, move-in inspections and orientation for new residents.
- Contribute to resident retention activities and events, aiming to build strong relationships and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Work with the operations team to ensure available suites are in "lease-ready" condition.
- Perform other leasing, marketing and administrative duties as required.
