What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dryer Operator position at Allied Reliability?
Here Are Some Of The Main Job Duties
- Review open orders report and prepare staging forms for future shipments.
- Ensure all loads are labeled, stenciled, and braced appropriately.
- Maintain appearance of warehouse and shipping docks.
- Unload packaged raw materials and store in appropriate rack.
- Monitor empty drum inventory and inform supervisor when drums are needed, assist in unloading.
- Receive non inventory deliveries, check for accuracy, receive PO into system
- Monitor inventory for consumables (e.g. pallets, shrink wrap, Tygard, seals)
- Re-package damaged drums and handle customer returns.
- Load and unload trucks, containers
- Print labels
- Produce shipment paperwork
- Process shipments and receipts in Chempax
- Conduct routine cycle counts
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Responsible Care Management System®
- Fill open shifts in production operator schedule when vacations and short-term leave occurs (may be on short notice)
- Have the competency to run dryers 1-4 and 5 6
- Develop the competency to run liquids
- Load and unload bulk trucks
- Produce batches
- Transfer products in tank
- Perform Chempax production entry
- Perform in process testing
- Check for errors in inventory and correct
- Enter data into Synergy
