Industrial Plant Superintendent

Requirements

• Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred;
• 7 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, including 5 years of supervisory experience;
• Industry background in mining, paper mills, steel plants, refining, utilities, refractory, heavy equipment fabrication, stone processing, or cement plants;
• Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance principles and practices;
• Excellent problem-solving and employee management skills;
• Strong computer skills, including experience with CMMS and SAP software;
• Familiarity with specialized control systems, PLCs, and variable frequency drives;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
