This role involves performing routine and preventive inspections identifying potential issues and documenting findings to maintain operational integrity and prevent equipment failures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform Regular Inspections : Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment ensuring they meet safety standards and are functioning properly.
- Evaluate Machinery Condition : Assess and document the mechanical condition of machines identifying abnormalities such as wear damage or potential risks.
- Monitor Equipment Performance : Track machinery performance data report deviations and suggest corrective actions to prevent breakdowns or inefficiencies.
- Troubleshoot Issues : Identify and diagnose faults or issues in equipment and machinery and provide initial troubleshooting and recommendations.
