Overview :
Allied Reliability is seeking aMaintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance activities for anindustrial laundry facility.
Industrial Maintenance experiencedrequired*
Responsibility :
- Responsibilities include improvingfunctionality and reliability of all production and facilityequipment including but not limited to mechanical electricalpneumatic and hydraulic systems equipment and components;
- managingand scheduling all facility and equipment work assignments;performing and scheduling all preventative maintenance assignments;
- developing and implementing safety processes and procedures;managing building equipment capital expenditures and parts andlabor budgets;
- preparing maintenance reports; identifying andevaluating parts suppliers negotiating with inside and outsideservice companies;
conducting training for all maintenance staff;supervising and mentoring maintenance team; maintaining staffinglevels and responding to emergencyalarms.
Qualification :
Skills / Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years' experience repairingindustrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or inthe military
- Minimum2 years' supervisory experience
- Equipment knowledge : wiring electricalelectronic components pipe systems and plumbingmachinery
- Maintenancemanagement experience including planning scheduling budgetingnegotiating parts management vendor management and with maintenancemanagement systems
- Ability to read maintenance literatureprinted in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word ExcelOutlook) and intranet / internet
- Ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8hour shift.
- Abilityto be on call 24 hours per day
- High SchoolDiploma / GED
Preferred
- Boilerknowledge
- HVACexperience
- Priorexperience and ability to perform welding activities including MIGTIG ARC cutting and brazing
- Reliability certification such as CPMM orCRMP
