Job Summary
">- Allied Reliability is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer for a contract position in our chemical manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
">- Lead reliability improvements for critical rotating equipment, including turbines, compressors, and pumps.
- Perform vibration analysis and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support during maintenance activities and turnarounds.
Requirements
">- Experience with industrial rotating equipment in chemical, petrochemical, or refining operations.
- Strong background in vibration analysis and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability programs.
- Understanding of industry standards (API, ASME).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- CAT II vibration certification preferred.
- CMRP or CRL certification a plus.
