Job Description
Allied Reliability is seeking an experienced Multi-craft Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift position at a premier food manufacturing facility in Columbus. This position offers excellent pay and the opportunity for permanent placement with a leading food manufacturer.
Schedule & Pay
- Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Pay Rate: $25-35 per hour (based on experience)
- Position Type: Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair production and packaging equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on conveyor systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Support equipment breakdown for sanitation procedures
- Document maintenance activities
- Ensure safe work practices in a food manufacturing environment
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical AND electrical technical skills
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Conveyor system maintenance experience
- Welding and fabrication capabilities
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Food manufacturing experience
- CMMS/SAP experience
- Two-year degree in a maintenance trade
