What You Will Do
As a Reliability Engineer you will review and participate in capital projects to ensure total cost of ownership is considered, Own and optimize the preventive and predictive maintenance processes and systematically identify and eliminate production losses and asset failures through Risk Based Asset Management and Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM).
You will lead efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.

You will lead efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
How You Will Do It
- Reduce assets reliability risks for new projects and existing assets.
- Elaborate, validate, and standardize Master Routines per technology, including feedback from plants and support from SMEs.
- Ensure long-term governance of Master Routines and optimize preventive maintenance routines.
- Support MFMEA and root cause analysis, and act as a liaison between Technology SMEs and Plant Maintenance Engineers.
- Optimize spare parts and provide engineering maintenance support to the plants.
- Execute the PdM master plan in the plants and provide training to PdM Technicians.
- Participate in the development of design and installation specifications, commissioning plans, and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers.
- Conduct final checkouts of new installations, including factory and site acceptance testing, and apply value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions.
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or similar discipline preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a maintenance reliability engineering role required.
- Must have an understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and TPM.
- Certified Maintenance And Reliability Professional desired
- Lean-Six Sigma Black belt certification desired.
- Proficient on Popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma.
