We have an immediate opening for a Full Time Assistant Community Manager Position at Urban Center Apartments in Lynnwood, WA. We are looking for a remarkable person who will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in all day-to-day operations, and has a can-do attitude, and works well in a team setting. We offer:
$52,000 annually plus potential bonuses- Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential.

Requirements:
Available to work weekends- The right candidate will perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties.
- Knowledge of Yardi software preferred.
- Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
- Consistent work history and verifiable references,
- Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
- A valid driver's license
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Conduct all business in accordance with Allied Residential policies and procedures; Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other Federal and State laws- Exceptional Customer Service skills including professional, prompt, and courteous interactions with residents, co-workers, and vendors; Handle resident, vendor and prospective resident walk-ins
- Provide residents and vendors with assistance in all aspects of scheduling building maintenance, communicating building procedures and providing general building information
- Process correspondence for residents, contractors and other third parties for property management staff
- Support overall office operational needs by answering phones, filing, ordering supplies…etc.
- Conduct lease renewals; ensure lease files are complete and filed properly
- Perform rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements
- Maintained highly organized filing system for leases, residents, insurance certificates, vendors, building contracts, and purchase orders
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required
