We offer:
- $20 per hour
- Full time employees earn 152 Hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours a year. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential. (*Differs for Part Time employees)
- 9 Paid Holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.)

- HUD Experience required.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functions.
- Ability to read and comprehend reports.
- Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
- Hard worker with a willingness to learn
- Consistent work history and verifiable references
- Minimum 1 year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
- Valid driver's license.
